What a joke! The customer service had us waiting on hold for 40 minutes, and when we finally reached the front, we discovered it was a card-only store. Total waste of time!

Awful. I waited for an hour, the line was super long since there were just two staff members, and then we were informed at the end that only card payments were accepted. This was a terrible experience because we were looking for something nice and ended up with nada. Really let down 😢

Absolutely terrible support from the company. I ordered the ultimate set for my son. It arrived with several items missing. I reached out to customer service, and they did send some of the items, but not everything. I've tried contacting them again, but I'm just being ignored. Really disappointing service from this place. I still haven't gotten what I paid for. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

The customer support here is just appalling. I placed an order two weeks ahead of Christmas, and it never arrived. I've been attempting to get my money back, but they’re totally ignoring my messages. Funny how they were super quick to take my payment, though! I’d recommend avoiding this sketchy company since they don’t even provide a contact number, leaving you with no way to reach out.

After my son tried pan n ice at the Westfields stall, he was totally hooked! So, I figured it was only fair to add the DIY kit to his Christmas wish list. With the holiday rush and DPD unable to make it in time (not Pan-n-Ice's fault), I was pretty bummed. But on Christmas Eve morning, I got a call saying someone was nearby and would deliver from the Pan-N-Ice office to make sure my kiddo had a great Christmas morning! They really went the extra mile, bringing along some extra sweets and cream for even more fun! We've had it for just two weeks and already used it four times. I’ve got three kids aged 4, 6, and 8, and they’re all crazy about it! It’s super simple to use and clean up afterward.

According to my son, this ice cream mix is simply the best! I like to add cocoa powder to it in a one-liter bottle to whip up some chocolate ice cream. Unfortunately, our last delivery had a hiccup; the courier messed up and split one of the one-liter mixes. Thankfully, the other five were just fine. I gotta say, the customer service went above and beyond to help us out. I sent them some photos, and to my surprise, they sent a triple pack my way, which I totally didn't see coming since it wasn't their fault but the courier's.

We brought in Pan n Ice for a work event at our place. The team that showed up was incredibly quick, letting us serve a lot more employees. The ice cream was a big hit with everyone and had an awesome range of flavors. I’d surely consider booking Pan n Ice again for future events.

I really enjoyed it!! I got two for a small family gathering. There are plenty of different flavors to try out, which the kids really liked, and for the grown-ups, we could whip up some cocktails, which was a nice perk.

I picked this up for my kiddos for Christmas, the LOL version, and let me tell ya, there's a ton in there! We followed the directions to a T, and it went super smoothly. We churned out 5 ice-cream rolls before putting it back in the freezer for another go the next night. I've told all my pals to grab one for their little ones. Huge thanks!!

This is one of the top dessert makers I've ever tried! The pan freezes the mixture into ice cream way quicker than those store-bought ice cream machines, so you ain't stuck waiting around for ages—it's practically instant!
